At DS&L our estate and trust administration services include the initiation of probate or an intestate proceeding for those individuals who die without a will; the filing of inventories and assisting with the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns and generally managing the estate during the entire probate process. We will represent the estate at all court hearings and finalize a settlement to close the estate. In limited circumstances, we also represent individuals contesting an estate’s administration.
