Mr.
Leavitt’s practice focuses on the representation
of small to mid-sized companies in various aspects of
their operations, including corporate governance issues,
acquisitions, financings, and real estate and employer/employee
matters.
Mr. Leavitt also has substantial experience in shareholder
derivative and class action securities litigation. These
cases take Mr. Leavitt throughout the country where
he appears on behalf of his clients in both state and
federal courts recovering money for shareholders as
a result of corporate mismanagement and/or fraud.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leavitt practiced with
the Philadelphia offices of Saul Ewing and Pepper Hamilton.
Mr. Leavitt received his law degree from the Syracuse
University College of Law in 1992 and his Masters of
Law in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center
in 1994. Mr. Leavitt is admitted to practice law in
Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
