Our firm is also at the forefront in litigation in Bucks County. In fact, our attorneys were the first in Bucks County to file a complaint under the then new state cyber security law. Working closely with law enforcement on an emergency basis, we obtained injunctive relief to protect our clients. During this time, we coordinated a ‘war room’ response to communicate with our clients customers and keep their operations ongoing. We followed through with state and local authorities which lead to successful criminal charges having been brought against the defendant.
We currently work with clients throughout Bucks County in the towns of Bensalem, Chalfont, Doylestown, Feasterville, Ivyland, Jamison, Langhorne, Levittown, Morrisville, Newtown, Solebury, Trevose, Warrington, and Yardley.
